Ordered 8x8 Photo book on 11/30/22 from Shutterfly. Cost $88.49. It was sent to UPS on Saturday, Dec 3rd in Shakopee, MN and then on Monday, December 5th it arrived at the Bensenville, IL facility and the notice on their website stated delivery by Friday, Dec 9th by 9PM. It is now, Wed, Dec 14th and has not arrived however, the website keeps stating today's date for arrival each day. I contacted Shutterfly for they are going to try to re-make the Photo book however, I feel UPS doesn't care if they lose packages. I tried to file a claim on their website after I had to set up an account and then it would not take my description or when it finally did it said unable to file a claim. It's definitely lost at that facility! I tried to contact their support service via the phone to get to an actual person and it disconnects me after I provide the Tracking number. I'm very upset for I ordered from Shutterfly on 12/1/2022 and have received my items and they went through the Bensenville facility. UPS needs to be held accountable for accepting packages and ensuring they get delivered especially during this time of the year.

Desired outcome: What UPS to be held accountable for delivering packages and would like someone to look into investigating where my package is - Tracking number <span class="replace-code" title="This information is only accessible to verified representatives of company">[protected]</span>.
