I took the 8:30pm shortline from gate 408 to suffern, NY the bus was completely full two passengers in every seat all the way through the bus even the three seat was filled. While the driver had a trainee that in the first chair with no covid mask at all. I asked the bus driver if this was the bus to suffern, NY the driver replied "I know where I am going do you". I stated you do realize I am a customer asking a confirmation answering. Another bus driver that was standing thete talking to the bus driver stated yes this is bus to suffern. The driver never made any stop announcements nor did he really stop at bus stops passengers were walking off and thr bus was still moving. The driver went pass my suffern stop I asked him 8 minutes after passing suffern if he had stopped at suffern he said yes I announcemented it mysrlf and 3 other passengers never heard him say anything at all. He dropped us off on the side of a pitch black road with no lights nor anything close by at all. myself and two other passengers had to pay $200 dollars to take a cab back to suffern

We have a new 5:30am Middletown to NYC bus driver that is barley on time and leaves late, dreadfully SLOW, SLAM ON BREAKS... I have to go to Wall St/The Bull, so I'm one of the last to get off arriving at destination. I can't afford to keep being late after several unnecessary stops that other passengers have made up along the way that is not apart of the original bus stop. Her tardiness is not good and need addressing. I can not stand by idle any longer while Shortline services decline and nothing is said nor done. I dealt with the hygiene the buses poor cleanliness, packed to capacity during the pandemic and still now. It is too much to bear. She is the 4:15pm driver leaving NYC to Middletown and we arrive in Middletown at least 30 minutes than previous driver. My question is: Where is the standard to go service? We take on so much as passengers and very little is being provided for our means of support. Shortline get on track...
