A charge has appeared on our credit card that is not authorized. It was on 2/26/22 for $103.20. We also had a.98 cent charge but that was credited back. None of these charges were authorized by anyone in our company. I've been trying to call the number listed and I can't get through. I just received an email stating something is missing, but I don't know what is missing.
Desired outcome: Refund in the amount of $103.20 and a response back that this has been received and will be taken care of
