I have called shipnsd [protected] / [protected] since early May to schedule a pickup. Each call is answered by a recording asking for information. Once I give the tracking # and zip code I get a reply (someone will call you shortly) then the call disconnects. I have not received a call other than on 5/24/22 a man called to tell me the truck broke down and someone would call me back shortly to reschedule. I had not even been contacted about a pickup for 5/24/22.
I have gone online to the company website to chat with a customer service rep. and been given the same (someone will call you shortly)
Friday 6/17/22 I was told my request was being pulled off the printer and I would receive a call shortly. I did not get a call.
Saturday 6/18/22 I went online to chat. I was told the scheduling department is closed until Monday. I asked for a manager to call me. I was told a request for a manager to call me Monday has been sent.

Desired outcome: For item to be picked up. The delivery person originally delivered it to the wrong address damaging that persons property. When it was picked up and delivered to me it was damaged. I have been dealing with this poor service since 5/5/22
