Shiply.com review: Pickup and delivery service

Through shiply.com USA, someone "ItsOnTheWayJoe" won a job of $315 to move my "Honda xr400" from Manhattan NY to be delivered to Billerica Ma. Website charged Visa card $65 or $67? for website fee. An alleged driver was assigned on the shiply website by the names of "[protected]@gmail.com and phone # +[protected]. The trucker asked for $250 via the shiply website to be paid using CashApp which was honored by my daughter. Driver failed to show up for the pickup, failed to communicate with me to arrange pickup. I opened complaint ticket # 745413 at"Https://support.shiply.com/helpdesk/tickets/745413" and got a message that id be contacted within 6 hours, but I have not been contacted.

One text message received from the trucker phone# implied he knew nothing about this job. This is a fraud and I would like a full refund.
