In may of 2022 I reached out to Lisa looking for a maine coon. I jumped the gun and instead of paying the 425 deposit I paid for the whole cat which was 1800 dollars. My sister in law was supposed to pick up the cat and fly him over here to us. Unfortunately, my kid ended up being allergy tested (she’s only ten months at this points and allergies change) and she turned up allergic to cats. Anyways. I informed Lisa, and she basically tried to take all of my money. Not just the 425, but all 1800. With no cat. Then she changed her mind and said, well I have to sell him first and then deduct the fees for vaccinations deposit and such but needed a doctors note. No problem. Gave her the doctors note, she said she would be in touch. Never heard from her again. She took all of my money. Do NOT BUY FROM HER. She has awful customer service and will take your money if you give her the opportunity.

Since I had made this post Lisa has reached out to me and refunded 1200 of the 1800 I gave her. It wasnt easy, but at least I got my money back.

Dear Ms Linz

You placed a deposit which was non refundable for a kitten and Then right before he was to leave stated that your child had allergies. My contract covers allergies and you assured me no one had allergies. You strong armed me into providing a refund which I did because I felt it the right thing to do, minus the deposit and vet visit and additional costs to hold him for extra weeks until he found a home. The kitten was older when he left my home due to my having held him longer for you. Upon reviewing emails, communication was requested to verify payment method. You never replied. I’m sorry that you didn’t feel receiving your money was easy, but we always make sure to verify accounts before processing payments, for accuracy. In the future, please try not to have so many email accounts so that you may be able to better track what you do and don’t receive. Thanks
