Shannon Clinic Dr Gossett. review: I'm on a leave of absence from work since April 18 2022 to July 31 2022 she put in her paperwork that I should have returned to work by 04/23/2022

I've been falling asleep driving without warning so I got put on a leave of absence for safety measures. April 18,2022 to July 31, 2022. I've been to the er 2× over this matter , the 1st time I went in they referred me to a sleep apnea Dr which I have an apt July 20,2022. Well the second time I felt really weird and my body was swelling up and my eyes was feeling like they were about to pop out and I felt like I needed to go to sleep but then something told me to go to the er so I did. Come to find out my blood pressure was sky high and so was my blood sugar, the er dr said I almost went into a diabetic coma and my sugar was 500 something. I got meds and took them I was still feeling the same so then I went to a follow up w Dr Gossett (06/15/22) and she gave me a sleep apnea test and I failed it and up my meds on my diabetes cuz my sugar was better but still at 200 something and put me on 3 more meds and she told me I still could have sleep apnea so keep my apt. Well I needed paperwork done for my leave of absence well it was due like in a few days after my appt w her and I kept on calling her about my paperwork has a deadline (6/20/22) her nurse said she can't get it today but she will tomorrow (6/21/22). Well I called everyday and went up there too I was on their butt cuz by this time we r late on the deadline (6/20/22) well she gets it faxed on (6/23/22) and she put on there I should have returned to work on (04/23/22) we she screwed me over on my leave of absence, might have lost my job over this . When I'm losing my eyesight from diabetes and no money to pay my bills now. But I'm supposed to return to work asap now while I'm still falling asleep don't make sense at all. What good is a Dr when they are not helping us out at all. So she wants me to be driving on these streets when I could hurt someone or myself or kill them . I don't know what else to do any advice?
