I bought two of the same vibrators. What they sent me was different to what was pictured/advertised on their website - it was a newer and different version of that product. I specifically ordered the older version as I already have the new one and it doesn't work for me. Its functionality is not the same. In short, if I'd wanted the new one I would have ordered it and could have got it cheaper than what I paid. When I contacted the seller, they said they would take back one item. Unfortunately I didn't realise their mistake, so I opened one item, which they will now not take back. They also would not refund me for any postage to my house or back. Under Australian law a seller has to provide what is advertised, so I should win the complaint I've had to lodge. But this has wasted my time and effort. In addition, the seller has been rude, unhelpful and is refusing to talk to me/email me even though I am being professional and polite. I strongly suspect they're trying to exploit the fact that there are sex toys and that I will be too embarrassed to purse this. Not so!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I had the similar problem with 365 Enterprises Pty Ltd. Unfortunately, I was too embarrassed to pursue so I had to let them win. Shame on them.
I have also had trouble with this company, they are rude to deal with and have shocking customer service. While I can understand that dealing with the public can be frustrating at times due to being in retailing several years ago. This is still no excuse for the treatment I received from this company. Overall I would not deal with them again and suggest they look at the way they treat their customers.
