On the 18th of February 2022 I joined a funeral cover for my Uncle Daliwonga Funani then the waiting period start to count on the 01/03/2022 to 01/09/2022. He finished waiting period on the 06/09/2022 he passed on. On the 09/09/2022 I tried to call Selby Funeral to ask for claim form I didn't get hold of them up until I decided to look th on Facebook someone answered and they told mi that telephone cables were stolen but they managed to send claim forms through e mail.
I did follow on the 13th Sept 2022 I was told that they got problem with underwriter RMA, I don't know what kind of problem. Today is my uncles funeral I didn't contribute any thing because I still waiting for what I don't know. I m the one who phoned them they don't call me, as I m writing now I so disappointed
