Securitas Security Corp, review: Discrimination of tour duty

l, Addie Moody, began working at Syngenta in Greensboro, NC August 2021. In accepting the assignment l informed the Supervisor in charge of the site that l had a physical problem in doing walking tours, at that time it seemed to be acceptable. After several months of employees complaining that l wasn't doing tour duties, l was told to call the Main Office and speak to the Site Manager of Syngenta on March 30, 2022 with the possibly of being given a site that didn't require walking tours. On April 1, 2022 a new employee was being trained to replace me at the Syngenta site. On April 2, 2022 l was given information to call the Supervisor of a new site Proctor & Gamble. In speaking with the Supervisor and visiting the site on April 3, 2022 walking was required, l informed the Supervisor at that time that l couldn't accept the assignment, he in formed me that he had another assignment and it didn't require any walking, l accepted the assignment and he told me he would call me back on April 4, 2022 which as of today April 8, 2022 l haven't heard from him. l am 2 weeks of not working because l can't do walking tours.
