I was trying to use SB site genuinely but they always keep blocking me as someone stole my credit card and all of the transactions got disputed due to this situation, I replied them multiple times as it was unintentionally happened as part of the credit card broader fraud. I replied and requested them to enable the account multiple times and somehow they are detecting user based on ip address or some other way though I aa trying using different account
