I purchased a dress from the Sears/Jhon Peters website. it was the wrong item and the picture seen on the webpage was not what was sent. I finally received the item and it was returned. my issue with this/these company(s) is that they have gone above and beyond to make sure no one is able to contact them. for example, the emails have no contact information, just a name at the bottom, there is no return email, phone number, nothing. I research the web for contact information, yes it picks up, but it also hangs up on you, you are not able to speak with anyone. the webpage that I ordered from had a tab to get in contact with them and to no surprise, it was totally blank. they have their merchandise back and it has been several weeks and still no refund. I received the item on 3/29 — it was mailed back on 4/5 — they received it on 4/7, according to the US postal service and my return receipt. I dont understand how they think they can get the item back and keep the money too. something is seriously wrong.

FAIR LAWN NJ - 07410 The item will be REFUSED to accept for a Return (Refund)... *If the Tag Seal is cut-off from the item. *If Make-up marks or any perfume's smell is noticed. *If Any PET'S HAIRS ARE SEEN on the item. *If the item returned back after 30 days. Please enclose a copy of the Invoice/Packing slip for immediate processing of refund.

Desired outcome: I expect a total refund of $57.76, for the dress, or I will take the next step and reach out to the media. this is not right, I feel like I have been robbed.
