In the month of October I received an offer for a FREE "Redwood stiletto" just pay for s/h. Ok done deal, in this offer there's no mention of any subscription. I was billed for the shipping, later in the month I was also billed $57.00 for a subscription I didn't sign up for or agree to in any way. This was also done under a different company name, as was the sales company name and the shipping company. That's misrepresentation in many ways.

Desired outcome: I want my $57.00 refunded immediately.
