This company has put a "membership" charge on my credit card for $8.50 for for quite a while claiming I have a membership in their plan. I never authorized these charges, never signed up or ordered any product that would have entered me into this plan so I request to refund all charges

This company apparently preys on older people. I see the charges are on my 87 year old mother's credit card bill. And I know she never signed up for it.
