Sax Fifth Ave Beachwood Mall Cleveland Ohio review: Service

I entered the store. No one out front, not roped off, a few customers in the store.

I was staring at wall looking at new product when I was abruptly told I had to have an appointment to be in the store.

Let me clarify. Abruptly and a tone not one of politeness. I have been a District Manager in Retail for over 30 years, so I can clearly honestly and not over reacting say this is fact. Now with that being said. If you do no longer want a walk in client then put the ropes up to block the entrance way. Covid is over.

Having bought 13 bags between my boyfriend and myself for me I will never step foot in your stores again. I am angry and with the amount of money I have spent as a long term client and being treated as though I have no value in your store, I want follow up before I take next steps.

I highly suggest asking someone politely would you like to make an appointment to shop so we can give you the service we take pride in or any anything of that caliber.
