Savemart's Game review: Fraudulent and worthless game 5

This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

The game that Savemart has going has certain cards on the end with numbers that could be drawn to win. The game card says to go to savemart.com to find out details about winners, however, there is no game button to push. I spend a lot of my paycheck shopping at savemart and I feel that they have let me down as a consumer. I have at least 40 of these potential winning tickets, which it seems are worthless because there is no such thing.

Thanks,
Sharron Clayton

I was told to go to www.luckysupermarkets.com and register. I did, now cannot get on or select my store. The game is not geriatric friendly or a user friendly game. When I go to SaveMart I get the same results. This is a bogus game. Numbers on all contests should be legible and at 9 pts or better. Why are you not consistent. You should have a help on your page or FAQ. Unfriendly contest and not legal.

Dear Save Mart:

I have been a Save Mart shopper ever since Save Mart came to Fresno sometime in the sixties. Your first store was in the Mayfair Shopping Center at First and McKinley.

When I moved to Clovis in 1977 I continued to shop at the above location even though it was miles out of my way.

Then I learned that a new Save Mart was being built in Clovis at Bullard and Minnewawa. WOW! Was I ever happy. I convinced myself that you built it just for me. : )

Your long time beautiful employee by the name of Irene, personally took me to the new store and introduced me to the manager, a young John Kincade.

I was then introduced to the other department managers and from then on, treated like a queen every time I shopped.

To make a long story short, the other day I was talking to a local realtor and he remembered a story I told him about the wonderful customer service I always receive at Save Mart.

We then talked about the store at Bullard and Minnewawa and how neglected it seems to be. I've run in there a couple of times recently to grab something I needed and one of those times I was never smiled at or thanked.

I realize you have contemplated closing that store but it is vital to the eldery neighborhood so I hope you never close it.

My friend and I feel that because it is one of your lower income producing stores that it doesn't get your special attention and if possible, we would like to see that corrected.

Thanks, and best regards,

ellie huston

p.s. Congratulations to Michael Brown. I'll miss him but I've been through so many managers that I'll make friends with the new manager at Herndon and Fowler.

p.s.s. Hi to John Kincade my long time buddy.

Sharon wrote that she has forty possible winners but I've got hundreds. I can't believe how many I accumulated during the game without winning. I'm a busy lady and I would like to suggest a game that doesn't require so much of my time tearing open the game cards, splitting them in to 4 separate pieces, sticking them on the pages and THEN, having to go on line to check numbers, 1 by 1 by 1 by 1 by 1 by 1 and on and on and on.

I agree with this complaint.
