My attorney suggested I contact you. I took part in a radio station promotion with Savannah Dental. The company offered a discount on certain dental services. I took part because I thought it was a sound opportunity to get an affordable implant. I grabbed a ticket out of the hat giving me 10% off services. I sat in the chair got the XRay and consultation and it was discovered the bottom left side was at risk because of a deepening cavity. Because I am a public speaker an implant is the better option. With this promotion it's affordable.

Implant procedures are in segments. Extraction, take a blood sample, separate the blood and plasma to create the bone graft. Implants can can cost anywhere between $5-$10K. The only way I could pay for it was through a withdrawal from my retirement account. One withdrawal per year.

I am on the phone with the financial advisor who is ready to issue the check to SD. I telephoned SD and asked "what is the total amount for the procedure" (I did not have my paperwork in front of me. I relied on them to have it. I had paid cash amounts as well) I was told "$1196." I asked her again

if this is the total I owe. I was told yes. It was issued, deposited and the first procedure was done on September 15 with the follow-up on December 15, the 90-day healing period. September 15 was the first and only procedure. in this process. The dentist left to teach (I was told Georgia Southern University) and there was no one else who could do this at this office. I found this out after making a phone call the week prior to the December appointment. Here I'm told my appointment had been cancelled. This would have been known to me by simply showing up on 12/15 had I not made the call the week before. They After several calls and missed contact calls I was referred in February to another office on Eisenhower Drive. They handed me a form to sign to commit to payment to complete the procedure they could not perform. There is more to this story. I did not get what I wanted. They got the blood sample everyone wanted because I am a breast cancer survivor who was/is not eager to reveal my CBC numbers. I want you to investigate this further

Desired outcome: On the day telephoned to get the total amount I should have been given the $4K-$5K amount. What screen was the person on the phone looking at? In my hand is paperwork for a $4K-$7K proceedure
