Sassa Micro Loans review: I want my money back asap, please

I think I've been scammed by a lady called herself monique - cell [protected]

She posted a adverd on facebook for sassa microloans for pensioners, chlid grant ect. The enail address provided on the facebook - [protected]@shorttermloans.com does not even exist - when you apply she charged a fee of r400.00 to be paid upfront before your loan of r5000.00 will be paid

I have paid r400 over to her tobe send via sach send in order to get the loan the same day

An account with standard bank is used for the fees to be paid into at acc nr [protected] – ms v.N. Insurance co
Since the fees has been paid to her, no loan of r5000.00 was paid to me into my bank account which was given to her and she is not coming back to me either
I want my money to be refunded immediately from her as well as the promised loan amount of r5000.00 which was granted to me due to the fact that I do get child grant from sassa every month and also want this person to be investigated for fraud and a scammer
