Santa Barbara TaxProductsGroup.com review: Payment not received 1

Did my taxes thru freetaxusa. I know I entered correct direct deposit information. My deposit went to sbtpg. Was never notified of anything! I checked with where's my refund. Direct deposit was made on March 2nd, to this day I have not received anything, state and federal. I was told my sbtpg that they had to write a paper chk for my state refund and had to take out additional funds to do the process. My chk they say was mailed out on February 18th. So far, nothing! Stressed and frustrated, hurting bad! Family dealing with the loss of family and other family members going on borrowed time. I want n need my money to help with difficult times. Please help me!
