The product arrived crated and checked in the Miami Warehouse before delivery. The installers that are not Sabana installers or Sabana approved installers, rather less expensive in experienced workers, damaged the door while attempting to install it.
We where contacted and Sabana sent a crew at our expense to fix the installation, however the nicks done to the surface of the heavy door where present and we informed the costumer that a re finisher would have to be paid by the costumers in able to fix the damage done by the inexperienced installers.
