On Facebook, Jennifer Anaston said you could get a free sample of her new Saanvi face cream and surium. c I ordered the free sample and 10 days later my visa card was charged $135.65 and $139.89. I called this number [protected] and talked to rep, he said I am being charged the full price of both FREE samples I received. I have looked at the ad again and I don't see anywhere it says I will be charged full price for my FREE sample. I called them and because I was so upset I was given a $35% off my order. Then I looked it up on Amazon, there price was $35.99 for each. I think they faults their ad.
Desired outcome: to get back my full amount of $135.65 and $139.89
This company has scammed me out of more than $100 too by fraudulently charging my credit card for things I never ordered. do not give them any of your info under any circumstances!
Website promised a free sample, with only paying $7 for shipping. Was charged more than $100 several times under different company names, all tied back to Saanvi. Very shady business. They basically repeatedly charged my credit card without permission and customer service was useless, refusing to undo the illegal charges.
