About 2 months ago now I hired Ryan, Blake & Associates and they got our rate cut almost in half, lowered our payment from 1, 396 to $731.80 per month and forced my lender to put the $15, 389 in back payments we were behind on the back of our loan . It did take almost 2 months but they were very professional and kept me updated about every 5 days via email and phone. I would recommend if your behind on your Mortgage and looking for Quality help to give them a call and see if they can help! [protected]

I have to update all of you on Cale Swanson; he recently stated that he started a dog rescue and was collecting donations online for the care of these 2 dogs. nearly $1000 has been stolen by him! i wish i googled him before hand. Was a disgusting creature! these two dogs were moments from death and needed acute-critical vet care!

Our Firm is nothing of the sort... We have helped thousands of consumers and homeowners keep there homes. There are plenty of people even on this site that have found are firm Very helpful. Deborah Williams is a client from back in February 2010 and we are now in September of 2011 and she has been paid back for the money she paid us we never scammed her or anybody else. At the request of any future client that reads this I would ask that you talk to a few of our clients that have had a great experience with our firm and can tell you first hand how we helped them save there house. If you have any questions you can email me at cale@ryanblakeassociates.com

I am commenting here because I want everyone out there to know how Ryan, Blake & Associates saved my home and kept me and my husband and our 3 kids in our home. I basically went through every avenue to find help...I tried HOPE, HELPING HANDS, I tried talking to the Bank myself... trying to talk to anyone that would lend a hand but nothing this went on for a year and half. Then I found Ryan Blake I was a skeptical at first but I decided to go with them and after 66 days I now have a permanent modification. I don't know what i would have done with out there help. I hope this helps anyone else out there that may be trying to decide to hire there firm. I also worked with Cale very nice... tells you how it is very upfront and honest I thought.

I found Ryan, Blake & Associates on line and we only had 9 days before our house was suppose to be sold, after reading these reviews we decided to hire Ryan Blake & Associates, .. after 6 days they got my Sale Date stopped. As of today we are under review for modification and from what are underwriter says we should be modified shortly. I was happy to find this firm as with out them me and my family would have lost our home. I was working with Mike he has been great through this process as I know i call a lot as this has been Very nerve racking for our family.

My husband and i just hired RYAN BLAKE & ASSOCIATES. Seems that everything is going good. I hired THE FIRM in Rancho Cucamonga CA. They robbed us of 8000 dollars. Can't get that money back. I did some homework on RBA and seems that they are out to help people and not scam anyone. All i know is that i want to stay in my home and all be ok. Home modification is very stressful and RBA seem to take it all away. Cale is a real honest person and doesn't waist your time.

Dear Jennwebbie,

I'm currently in the process for loan modification with Ryan, Blake and Associates... its been about 45 days and right now its seems that everything is fine. They are pretty much always in contact with me when an issue comes up and i have never had a problem reaching them. They say my modification should be done here shortly as they just did a conference call with me on the line and the lender stating my mod should be done any day now. So as to your question I think RBA is legit and I think they are one of the few firms out there really getting back at these BIG Corporate banks and making the banks actually modify loans. I agree with JWO it took me almost taking time off work to try and get this thing done.. before I hired outside help! SOMEONE needs to step in because if it were up to the Banks we would all be out of our Homes.

Advice? I've always read not to pay for help with a modification but we have tried a few times and our mortgage company has not helped us out. Is this company really legit?

I was trying to do a modification on my own for over a year with Chase bank. I finally became fed up with their tactics so I decided to go with a law firm. I hired Ryan, Blake and Associates a few months ago and I have been completely satisfied. They stopped my scheduled foreclosure sale, and were able to put into a new modified payment within a couple of months. I never had a problem reaching them, and they always seemed happy to answer my questions. I could not have done this without them.

Ryan Blake and Associates is a total scam they do not stick to there word I am in the process of filing a complaint with the better business bureau and the attorney general office in the state of California they have totally scammed my family out of 1250.00 they told me in the beginning and I signed an agreement that if they were unable to help me i would get a refund minus the 495.00 process fee I said okay. Well needless to say they were not able to help my situation and i have yet to to see my money. My attorney has sent them two letters in which they have responded that check is on the way and it has been almost 5 months now and still no money they will not return any of my calls and at this point i am heated her i am in desperate need of help and they have totally taken my money. I understand that they can not help everybody but why wont they give me my money back? My name is Deborah K Williams and I am in Cleveland OH .

Good Job Ryan Blake Associates!

I had a Bank of America loan and was facing the very near foreclosure of my home. Ryan Blake not only delayed the foreclosure but also put my loan into a work-out with what is suppose to be the most difficult lender. I am very happy with my new payments and would recommend Ryan Blake to anyone who wishes to have hard working HONEST people talking to the bank.

If anyone were to try to do this on their own ~ It would be next to impossible because the amount of hours Ryan Blake spends on the phone is very excessive, bottom line, they get it done.

Thanks Ryan Blake.
Sincerely,
J.W.O.

As a homeowner having recently accomplished a loan modification with this firm I can honestly say that a Law Firm or other source is a valuable tool for this process. I spent many, many, long hours trying to do this myself and continually got the run around from my bank.

Ryan Blake Associates are experts at what they do and they understand how to talk to the banks and are very trustworthy. It may cost you a little something up front, but it will cost you allot more than that if you do it yourself. The amount of time you have to spend on the phone would not allow you to do anything else, including your normal job!

I highly recommend Ryan Blake to help you with your loan modification.

Thanks!
Happy Homeowner

I'm calling BS on this post. It sound just like another post from Zillow posted by the firm itself. Do your homework and pay nothing up front for ANY loan modification.
