I purchased a new washer/dryer from Sam’s Club on 11/19. On 11/23 I received an email from RXO stating my scheduled delivery date was 12/6. I kept trying to get a time window but never received additional info. My daughter took off a day of work to be there. My son in law disconnected the old washer and dryer as a convenience for the delivery guys. I called at 11am on 12/6 just to try and get a delivery time update and was told they had to reschedule delivery for 12/15. My daughter has a special needs older child that wears diapers. Laundry is a daily process for them. Doing without washer and dryer for 9 more days is not an option. I have now made 4 additional calls on 12/6 trying to get this delivered sooner. I keep being promised a call back and 4 calls later I’ve told them they can just send it back to Samsung. Should have gone to Lowe’s

Desired outcome: I want to products I purchased deliveredAS PROMISED in 48 hours.

I have had a similar experience with my order. No one at Samsung customer support can tell me where my item is? They keep hanging up on me. I called 7 times to get a firm delivery date. Then they transferred me to RXO and they had no idea on the item since Samsung hadn't delivered it to them. I tried cancelling my order and I was told by the Samsung Rep that I couldn't cancel the order. Samsung is the worst ever!
