Route 38 Auto Wash & Detail review: car damage

On 12/17/19, I drove my car through the car wash after it was done I noticed that my passenger side rear light cover was missing. I asked someone about it and they found it inside the car wash. He tried to attach but it was cracked and would not stay in place. The car also had a chip out of the car underneath light. I filled out an incident report and was told I had to talk to jeff on 12/19. I stopped back in talked to jeff and he told me he could not do anything, I had to talk to dave. They would not tell me a way to reach dave. I have been calling everyday and leaving a message. No return call yet. I have stopped in with no help either. I want this fixed before the lights short out from rain or snow.
