This guy is a cheater.
I bought 2 LCDs from him, one of them is defective, tried to contact him, but never be able to get back to him anymore.
He never responses.
He is a big cheater.
Just know how to fix LCD screen only, and call himself a technician?
Always bad mouth everybody, and he is honest?
This is is awful.
Please never anybody make any business with him.
Not responsible, Cheater, Always bad mouthing other competitor business, This guy really doesn't know how to compete except bad mouthing other people.

    You never called or emailed until you submitted a bad review. You admitted in an email you didn't bother contacting me after reading the website. I'm not a mind reader; if you receive a bad LCD, you need to tell me to get help. And help is what people get, in the form of a new LCD express mailed to them the day they confirm their problem, with a label in the box for return of the old LCD!

    When you finally did email me, none of it was readable English. I was emailing until near 1 AM that evening trying to figure out what you were talking about! It was a bunch of difficult to understand insults, nothing resembling an RMA request.

    There are quite a few eBay feedbacks from people who received LCDs with an issue, all were express mailed a new screen with a label in the box for return of the old one. This is a publicly published policy, reserved for people who actually pick up the phone to call and tell me their LCD is bad before posting on thumbtack.com, and it is a policy only one other company in the continental U.S. but me has in place. The company phone number & email are also posted alongside every ad where one may purchase an LCD screen.

    Can you point out where even one person has expressed something wrong with my customer service?

    As to the remark on only replacing LCDs, how is it you know what I do or don't do? It's difficult to believe you read through the entire site when you've missed the first page's bold lettering!
