Bait and switch services. breaks Indiana code routinely. Lies incessantly. made threats. july 2018 accepted money but only went through the motions as if in a play. progress reporting vague and misleading. cannot be trusted. tried in court to get refunded but the judge seemed not to care about perjury on their part. presented "receipts" for items supposedly used that had the date removed and was clearly a guestimate sheet that clearly said in bold letters NOT A RECEIPT. damaged our home but had no concern or disclaimer about damage. promised encapsulation. delivered poor vapor barrier. promised mold remediation. delivered primer paint.

It appears to me that this complaint stems from a major mold and rot problem in a very old house that could not be remediated by anything other than a tear-down and rebuild. I cannot attest to the truthfulness of Larry Davis regarding expected results of this "crawl space remediation project" but I suspect he did what he could no amount of money and work was going to be able to actually "fix" the problem.
I have had great service from Romine Davis Construction LLC as Larry S. Davis performed a major remodel of our lake home during the off season with excellent results at a very reasonable cost. He and his crew were very nice to work with throughout the project. Larry Davis was recommended to us by our realtor when we bought the home in June and after discussing everything we wanted to do to the home with him, he and his crew worked throughout the winter months to complete the project. He consulted with us weekly and kept us up to date on the progress as well as the cost and made sound recommendations regarding how to accomplish what we wanted at the lowest cost. My wife and family including kids and grandkids all love the results! I would not hesitate to recommend Romine Davis Construction to anyone looking for a quality remodeling job at a reasonable cost!
