Roland Ruiz review: Unskilled contract work for restroom renovation/remodeling

Hired Roland Ruiz, GENERAL CONTRACTOR AND BUSINESS OWNER of Elite Contractor (?). On facebook. Installed/converted a 1/2 bathroom into a full bathroom consisting of added shower. Had an option of using the sunken floor as shower instead of original guidelines. Didn't want to make changes to contract which was a simple fix. The plumbing incorrectly connected from toilet drain to shower drain. Toilet backed up and sewer came out of shower drain. Ruiz changed his number and unable to connect. HE CHARGED OVER $2000 for this job of which he didn't do a flying thing. He simply swept the floor after his contractors created renovations. Coerced in signing because didn't want a mechanical's lien placed on my property.
