I baught a pair of Frye 12R 87800 Engineer boots for $187.99 from www.bootsandleather.com on about 12/18/2011 and never recieved the boots! I tried contacting this company via thier supplied phone number [protected])997-3933 or email [protected]@bootsandleather.com to no avail. The numbers dont go through and no response from the email. I called 411 for info on this company in Utah; well they just dont exist! I paid through paypal and am currently going through the process of a refund through paypal. I never received my christmas present this year! Let the people this company is a fraud! Please investigate them; Thanks.
My money was not refunded! It was stolen from bootsandleather.com (RJR enterprises)! There is no such company! If there was there would be a legit phone number and a reply to my many emails to sales@bootsandleather.com and phone calls! You just posted the previous statement to try to cover you're a$$!
sorry your order had to be canceled and refunded due to being sold out -- stuff sells out fast at christmas time.
