Denturist Ragy Zaky is incompetent, unprofessional & a man of no integrity. After almost 6 mos of pain & countlesss visits to his denture clinic, I finally demanded as refund for my improperly made & fitted upper denture. I wish no one to endure what i have had to endure for his lack of skill & complete lack of skill. From June 14/2012 til Nov 24/2012 I endured pain, swollen gums & days without my denture, due to his total incompetency. After receiving my refund, I visited a reputable Denturist & was advised my upper denture was ill-fitted, improperly made & in general of the lowest quality. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Teeth are very very important & the time, emotional & physical toll i endured drained me to the core. The exam rooms are not clean & Mr. Zaky lacks any sense of hygeine or professional conduct. UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT & TOTALLY UNQUALIFIED TO BE MAKING DENTURES

I know some people are just envy from our success specially when you loose a job at our office
you can tell this is a previous worker that lost his job with us and trying to ruin our reputation
I`m confident in our work and our lovely patients and our extra clean environment and our infection control
we r one of busiest clinics in area for a reason

I personally know how thw place is run as I have previously worked for Mr zaky and his wife. The clinic is not sterile what so ever. I've seen him use Un sterilized trays on patients. An anonymous call was made to the health and safety bored. They didn't do anything about it. This needs to be stopped. I can't believe this man is still in business. Answers his cell phone while with patients. He is rough with the patients. He can be so kind and yet he can be a total j*** . Please don't go to him. Safe the Hassel.
