Richmond Homes review: Refusal to return earnest money

We put down over $4000 in earnest money for a home. When rates when up we were no longer approved for this home and were not able to purchase. Richmond did not care and refused to give back the earnest money. We live in Colorado where housing is extremely expensive and this money needs to go to another home. Management was extremely rude and brushed us off as soon as they realized we couldn't afford the home. Worst experience ever.
