I agreed to a 20 minute appointment for free energy saving tips. The rep stayed for 2 1/2 hours! He was Mr. Hard Sale. I couldn't get him to leave. Finally, I started getting upset, so he called his boss to try to talk me into buying their system. When I asked for 24 h ours to think about it, the man on the phone got really defensive and rude with me. Finally, I said Thanks but No Thanks and showed the rep to the door. Since then, they have called me several times. They called me a few minutes ago, and when I told them to stop calling they hung up on me. I called back the [protected] number that showed up on my caller ID. The mailbox was full. It's a scam. I reported them to Florida's Attorney General - Office of the Attorney General.

This company called me for a free "energy audit." I made an appointment for Thursday, March 11, 2010 at noon. The day of the appointment, no one showed up. Ever since that date, I received a phone call from the above-mentioned number. I pick up the phone, say hello, get no answer, then they hang up. This is a total nuisance and I need to know how to make them stop.
