I agreed to a 20 minute appointment for free energy saving tips. The rep stayed for 2 1/2 hours! He was Mr. Hard Sale. I couldn't get him to leave. Finally, I started getting upset, so he called his boss to try to talk me into buying their system. This company called me for a free "energy audit." I made an appointment for Thursday, March 11, 2010 at noon. The day of the appointment, no one showed up. Ever since that date, I received a phone call from the above-mentioned number. I pick up the phone, say hello, get no answer, then they hang up. This is a total nuisance and I need to know how to make them stop.
