Reservation and Refund Experience
I made two reservations at Topgolf El Segundo but had to cancel. When I called to cancel, I was assured over the phone by a Topgolf team member that I would receive a full refund for both transactions. Based on that confirmation, I expected the refunds to process within 3–5 business days as advised.
After not receiving the refund, I followed up via email. I was then told the cancellation occurred outside the 2-hour window and was therefore ineligible for a refund — directly contradicting what I was told over the phone. When I brought this up, the representative issued a "ONE TIME" refund (yes, in all caps). She responded in an unnecessarily rude tone, which made the situation more frustrating. I simply expect the company to honor what was communicated to me. Between the hassle and the way I was treated... they will not be getting my business again. Photos attached.

Equipment, specically balls.
This site charges extremely high money to buy their equipment. I have invested the money of my own choice. That is where the problem comes in. WGT steals the balls that they charge as much for as real golf balls They have set parameters so that they can steal the balls by declaring where the ball landed is out of bounds.. They claim to be a legitimate game...
