SwagVault Complaints & Reviews

SwagVaultBanning

I was getting my aion account power leveld with swagvault.
1) anythihng of value was sold off. When I got my first charater it was bare bones with little money,
2) Today I tryed to login to my account and found that it has beed banned. Apparently their powerleveler had a side business of advertising gold selling. I mean how stupid could they be?
When I went to contact swagvault, my login no longer worked I guess they banned me 2 times. When I talked with their online representative she kept saying sorry we did nothing wee are done powerleveling thanks fore you business. and they refuse to let me talk to a manager. Also after reading their terms and conditions. the are not subject to us law just china. Bottom line stay way from this company they have no responsibility and can care less if they get you banned but the will keep you money

SwagVaultdemanding DL & CC

made a purchase for gold from these crooks, got a call demanding the following info:

A digital photo or scanned image showing the front of the credit card you used
for your PayPal payment. You may black out all but the last 4 digits of your
credit card number and resize/crop the image as needed, but do not alter the
image in any other way.

A digital photo or scanned image showing the front of your government issued
identity card, driver's license, security card, or the ID page of your passport.
You may black out all digits of the card number and birth date and resize/crop
the image as needed, but do not alter the image in any other way. (If you
didn’t use a credit card to make the purchase, please provide us with two
photos of the above mentioned ID cards, ie. your identity card, driver's
license, security card, or the ID page of your passport.)

Believe me when I tell you that these ppl have the stench of criminal activity all over them. Find someone else to deal with, file complaints w/the authorities; local, state and federal.

Resolved SwagVaultHow i scammed swagvault!

Hi. Ive bought gold from swagvault at one point, the service was fine and fast. After that i tryed there powerlvling from 62-70. My account was used for tradeing and banned for 72 hours by Blizzard.

Ofc Swagvault denies everything.

A couple of weeks later i was in need of gold. I placed an order with swagvault of 2000G. I payed with paypal as always. After that i went directly on the live chat. Ofc they didn't have any gold. It took 3 days of pushing from my side to get some gold. I got a deal from them to get 1600G now and 400G later. 1600G was all they had in stock (after 3 days). Fine i said. Give me the 1600 now and il contact you later for the 400G. I met online and traded.

Now i have 1600G from Swagvault. After a couple of hours i get on the live chat again to get my other 400G but here somes the smart part. I never said anything about the amount. As always the check your order nr and that said 2000G as it should. This was also a different worker of swagvault this time.
It took alot of pushing again, she said that they only had 50G ready so i came with the suggestion that they could give me 1000G now and refund me for the rest, back to my paypal account. After about 10min of no respons i get an answer that i should meet one online for the trade. At the same time a player whispered me online. I asked the swagvault worker (at the same time as i met up with the on-line trader) how much does he got for me. She replyed 2000G!!!

And yes i got 2000G from him! I ordered and payed for 2000G and scammed them for 3600G. A 1600G proffit.

The scammers can have it. Telling med that they only have 50G then 10 min later they magicly have 2000G. Taking me 3 days to get my order. They got my payment instantly.

SwagVaultTheft!

I used swagvault on a variety of times to level up a character on world of warcraft and buying wow gold. After swagvault used my account to powerlevel a character items that I had collected went missing. The after the last delivery I ever got of them I logged off came back on the next day to find my log on password had been changed and all my items were gone along with all money and they had even deleted my character. I have NO reason what so ever to believe that this was not Swagvault.

SwagVaultWoW account ban by Swagvault

WoW 1st offense permabanned after Swagvault powerleveled it a couple days ago. Blizz says my account associated with accounts that were exploiting economy, so they must have spent my powerlevel time helping out their gold farmers. Customer service was crap, told me "sorry about your stuffs". Yeah, "stuffs" ffs. Dont use Swagvault for any reason.

    Yes, it sucks.

However, you were buying a service which goes directly against Blizzards terms and conditions.
The response you got from blizzard is basically a default they give to people (be it gold farming/purchasing, powerleveling, or just trading a lot of gold in a weird manner).

So this isn't really a complaint, you took a risk and got caught, bummer yes.. but don't use a main account to powerlevel.

If you really want to do it and get a nice 70 leveled up with no effort.. buy an account, get it running, make a level 1 whatever/whatever you want it to be, pay them for 1-70, check daily.. shouldn't be a problem.

SwagVaultScam and cheating!

I purchased it 6 days ago and everyday that went by, they did nothing to level my character. I would then use their livechat at least 2 times a day and ask what the problem was. My Paypal payment was confirmed and everything. After waiting like 20 minutes for a response every time, they would tell me that they would begin in xx amount of time. The times they told me they would start ranged from 8 hours, 30 minutes, 5 minutes, etc. (I even saved my last live chat transcript which is quite interesting)

After the second day, I was a little worried that I had most likely been scammed, but I decided to give it a few more days because they might have been busy or dealing with technical issues.

I was pretty much fed up on the 6th day and asked for a refund in the livechat. LoL, the funny part is that everything was going well in this chat and my previous chats, except when I asked for a refund on this one. The second I asked for a refund, the livechat screen locked up (Concidence?) and I had to relog back into it and wait for another 20 minutes for their slow and horrible service.

Here is an exact copy of my last chat transcript...

info: Chat session has been terminated by the site operator.

I am [protected]% positive that I gave them the right password and my friend even watched me type it in when purchasing their powerleveling service. Also, they NEVER sent me one damn email or even responded to the numerous emails I sent them. I checked the junk folder and everything else and absolutely NOTHING!!! Azora was the slowest person to respond to all my questions at the beginning. LOL, however, she seriously type her last 5 responses in like under 20 seconds and ended it immediately before i could even respond.

Also, dont you think that they would have told me in our previous 500 chat sessions that I had given them the wrong information?

The moral of this whole story is... If you are going to purchase anything off the internet, do NOT PURCHASE FROM SWAGVAULT!! because I am still curious to whether I get my refund or not :(

Sawg Vault is a rip owned by the same asian [censor] using different names, after placing an order they take the money right away and say they have the goods and will deliver...shortly all of a sudden they dont and you need to wait two hours, when you file a complaint she "azona, demiri, mia, blah blah" same person differnt name will make excuses out her [censor] and even call you from a virginia number, then she asks for credit card information and paypal emails to supposedly confirm you are the owner "complete [censor]" then she expects you to close the dispute before you are refunded, that asian [censor] can suck my dick

Resolved SwagVaultHarassing calls!

Swagvault called me, trying to sell World of Warcraft gold, at 11:00 pm on a Thursday evening. They woke me up out of a sound sleep to solicit sales. The call was completely unwarranted, and I am upset with them. I used their service almost a year ago, and they took a week to deliver the gold. Their website stated, back then, that they delivered within 24 hours. So, not only do they lie, but they also wake you up in the middle of the night when they're desperate for sales.

    Hi Rebecca,
I am sorry to heard your unhappy XP, I have sent an e-mail to you on this issue, plz kindly to give a reply to us asap and provide more details, so that we can find out who is the scammer. Meanwhile, we have released an annoucement on our wesbite:

    http://www.swagvault.com/news.php?news_id=231

Beware of phishing websites that look like SwagVault.com!
Due to our position as the market leader in MMORPG products and services, SwagVault.com has always been a popular source for knock-off websites who copy our website layout, graphics, and text. However, we have recently become aware of a couple of websites with far more sinister intentions.

Not only are these websites made to look identical to SwagVault.com, but customers who make a purchase on those websites are told to contact SwagVault.com for delivery of their purchases. We apologize for the delivery inquiry which it’s not purchased from our website. Please kindly check your order and payment issue.

We would like to clarify that SwagVault.com does not operate any other websites nor process any orders for other websites. We have only one website which address is www.swagvault.com. Unless a purchase is made directly from www.swagvault.com or as an eBay auction by the eBay ID “SwagVault”, then that order is not related in any way to SwagVault.com. We will not be passed any customer by telephone to sell our products and services.

If you have fallen victim to such a website and have been told to contact SwagVault.com for delivery, our advice is to immediately contact your payment service directly and request a charge reversal.

Your support and business are greatly appreciated!
    Have fun!

    Best Regards,
    The SwagVault Team

    Looking forward to your reply!
