I purchased a scanner and some other items the scanner was not complete so I gave the scanner back I paid $1, 300 dollars towards bill and the tools I have amount to $ 550 snap on says I owe for half the scanner when it does not work for range rover air bags like promised and will not adjust idle on 2002 Honda accord or resest air bag light like I was told I gave it back they say I owe the money still I am a pissed off consumer
