Desired outcome: REFUND BOTH CHARGES FOR FEB AND MARCH!!!!!!!! IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!
Billing and payment
My Bank account was billed for $23.87 On Sept. 12, 2021. I do not know how my checking account was activated by SavingsZoo. I never joined and want a credit to my account ending in 6087, This is the only membership number I can give you because I do not have any other number but a telephone number for the description on my bank statement. This is illegal and unauthorized. How do they get these numbers???

Money being taken out of my account I have no idea what it is for. 2 fees have been taken, one at 3.99 and another at 23.87! I did not authorize this! I want my money returned immediately! Both fee's! As I have looked through reviews I see this happens alot. Don't understand how you even got my information! REFUND MY MONEY A.S.A.P.

Charges of 23.87 hit my account.
I did not make this charge and I want this money. Put back in my account ASAP. Please see attached of the money that was taken from my account. Contacted my bank. I have to get a new debit card because of this, I'm p*****!
