RGIS not paid wages & unprofessional

I have been subject to it all working with this company. When you start working with Rgis you are only hired during busy seasons. If you want to drive you will only drive if nobody else wants to or to many favorities have OVER TIME. Trust no one when it comes to clock in & clock out. Know this for every minute you are missing out of you time someone else can have it added! I found out the hard way! I was missing travel time hrs but someone else was getting good/better checks but we worked same stores! Read between the lines. Don't be afraid to get a lawyer and do what u need to do. Legal consultation is free. Know your rights.. At will to work work state does not mean nic picking minutes from my time. Hooking up yo home boys or home girls..

RGIS Inventory

Dist #322 in Stockbridge, GA has the most unprofessional drug users I have ever seen. The lead manager has no teeth and said she was leaving work to drink and left it on the supervisor. The drivers have been seen drinking and buying alcohol and drugs in company van. The employees are treated mean, I had inventory at a store and witnessed employees get no breaks, yelled at to count faster, and insulted. This has been a common practice observed by my colleague's as well in the Buckhead and Atlantic Station stores. It has been reported before many times on many sites and nothing seems to change. Beware, do not apply to work with this company. Report them if you can!

RGIS Not on schedule/no explanation

I started working for RGIS the end of 2014. I had only been working on the job two assignments. The third assignment was far from the office so we all "van pooled". After being at the location for about 20 minutes this man comes through the store SCREAMING that someone had made an "error" counting the dresses. After pulling the slip from the rack it was my initials, I spoke up saying I was the person who signed the ticket only to be humiliated in front of EVERYONE. I was pulled off the sales floor & clocked out. I had to call my husband to drive 45 minutes to pick me up from the job site. The next few assignments went well, then all the sudden on the day the schedules were to be emailed, I never received a schedule. I tried calling I even went to the local Mesquite office & was told that the only one that could handle complaints or concerns on schedules was the scheduler who I had never even met. I needed a job at the time & I still need the job, just don't need the question in my mind if the job is secure. Can you please assist me with getting to the bottom of the situation so that I can continue with my employment. Thanks, -S. Hamilton Mesquite TX

RGIS Piss poor working environment. Mass labor law violations.

Where to begin I feel like everyday on this job is some kind of adventure that leaves me feel anxious and stressed to the point of no return. I'll just go with the last day I worked last week. Three of us at Dist 354 worked 2 Walmarts in one night with a travel of an hour and a half in between stores, the meet time was 6 pm. Got to first store around 7:30pm, we got done with the first store around 9:30 pm, (also to give you an idea of their time estimation, they said we should be starting the second one at 9) got to the next by 11 and finished it by 1 am. After we were done though, I had to stand there and wait for the Team Leader to transmit data to the laptop. Stand in the back room of a Wal Mart at 1pm, no food breaks, no stops, at this point last time I ate was 5pm, but that's fine (or so I thought) because we were leaving real soon. Well here's where it went bad, for some reason the memory stick wasn't transferring any of the data off of my machine, this RGIS "team leader" stood in the back room fumbling with the computer and calling some type of help line, not letting me know what was going on at all, for 40 minutes (mind you I still had an hour and a half drive home after this) he turns to me and says, ever so nonchalantly, "you have to re-scan everything again", not "I'm sorry", not "I'll do it or help you out, not "forget this, I've kept you standing and waiting for almost an hour extra doing absolutely nothing now let's head back and I'll just figure it out" NO just basically "hey you know what you just spent almost 2 hours doing? go re-do it all over again". I damn near almost lost my head right there and had I had my own car and not been 90+ minutes away from home I would've just left on my own right then and there, so after losing my cool for a minute or so, because of being accused of this being my fault and that I was the one who messed up (when I clearly know that I did everything by the book because it was only 3 buttons that I had to hit) by the "team leader". By this point (after cooling my head and apologizing for my outburst) I tried to start scanning things into my machine again, 10 minutes later. The RGIS team leader comes running out of the back room saying that he got the memory stick to work randomly and we can go home, (finally at 2:15-2:30) noted still no apologies, no explanations or anything (which makes me believe the entire hold up was his fault instead of mine) even after I apologized for flipping out, before he even said anything about the stick working. So there I was I felt taken advantage of, held hostage a little, completely devalued and depreciated as a person all because the RGIS equipment is faulty and the management I deal with at 354 is very cold and highly unprofessional. Also I have had to message them multiple times, almost like pulling teeth, to get the next weeks schedule for the last 4 weeks and now they throw me on for times that are outside my availability. On top of all I NEVER get paid for all of my travel time. (and yes I am aware of the first and last half hour not counting) I will have 4-5 hours of travel on average a shift and I will be lucky to get paid for one full hour.
Not only all of that but I am aware of the blatant discrimination tactics to lower the APH of people that they don't like which in turn f**** the money they get and I have even seen some get sent home than complain to me the next day that they were purposely put in a bad area. At first I thought people were being delusional and over exaggerating, but I watched it happen multiple times and than I come online and read about it everywhere. This company sucks and it needs to shape up or ship the f*** out, who's with me here?
Now I have literally just sent a form of this rant/ complaint/ horrible experience, to their HR and Public/Media relations offices with a tiny threat of taking further legal action. But I can't say I am 100 % confident right now as I have learned that the RGIS Bruce Barkus is the former CEO of Family Dollar, GNC and Ulta, and in every instance, lawsuits followed him out of his career. So I can only try and pull as many ### RGIS violations and stories together as I possibly can I want all the ammo I can get, so if your're reading this and you have more ammo for me/ us to use against this horribly corrupt company let it flow and let me know.

RGIS wages earned but not paid

I am a former employee of Rgis Hawaii Division, from back in [protected]. Some time after leaving the company, I received an email informing me that a class action lawsuit had been filed against RGIS, by a number of employees, accusing the company of incorrect paying of wages to employees, between [protected], I believe. Anyway, this law suit directly affected a lot of Rgis Hawaii Division employees that were working full-time hours/schedules between 05-07, including myself; BUT, hours worked but not paid were only those that took place on one of the outer islands ( Hawaii, Maui, Kauai ). To me, this meant, any full time employee working at RGIS between [protected], AND, during that time, the employee earned wages for hours worked at an off-island inventory, then that employee could be included in the suit, pending more exact information such as specific day(s), time(s), location of count, etc... and the employee wants to be included. I was instructed to reply and such, and so I did. About a year later another email came informing me that an agreement was in place a monetary award amount needed to be set. I think it said that the monetary determination was scheduled in Feb 2011 ( i think... could be mistakenwith the date ). I figured when the time came, I would be contacted with whatever information, concerning the case. However; that was the last email that I recieved right up to today, and I just assumed it came and went. I mean maybe my total hours weren't enough or too many? I just assumed that I
didn't have any type of monetary award coming to me.
Eventually, I decided on college, enrolling in 2010. When I did this I filed for unemployment benefits and was found eligible for benefits.
Which finally brings me to the main reason for this complaint. As of 03/25/12, my benefits have been placed on hold pending an audit of my account records because between July-Oct of 2011, a check was issued to me for $59.? by RGIS for wages. This is according to the State of Hawaii Unemployment Insurance Office employee that I spoke today; 04/03/12. Thus the reason for my unemployment check being held back, pending the departments investigation explaining theses funds--which; of course; were never reported by me when filing my claims.
I'd truly like to know exactly what the check was for and more importantly; why I have never received the check either .RGIS is reporting money they said they paid me, via check, but was never received by me and because it wasn't something I reported, the unemployment office must conduct an audit to figure out what this money is. Once done, a decision will be made concerning my benefits being restored or not. It is unknown how long it will take for this audit.
This is by no means acceptable to me, not to mention completely unfair, unexpected, and i would like to request that this situation be recitified immediately; as to the unemployment benefits are my only source of income while still in college. Right now I have NO income to save my neck and school F/T + an internship leaves me with barely enough time for studying and homework. There is no way I can go to classes, intern, and work F/T; at the same time.
I don't know who to talk to about this or what my options, if any, are. Please help me reach a solution, get some dam answers, my UI checks would be lovely...Something!
I will be awaiting your very timely response, and will contact you if none is received by Sunday, April 8, 2012.
There must be some kind of legal recourse for me...I may become homeless tomorrow?>?

Contact me at: [protected] or [protected] or [protected]@yahoo.com
maybe you can contact our local unemployment office and straighten out this mess.

Thank You,

Well I work in district 460 out of greensboro, nc. And you are absolutely correct on how they do things at RGIS. Its just absolutely unbelievable. I am what they classify as a TOP GUN. But they pulled a fast one on me, and reduced my all ready pitiful salary to expert level, without giving me any type of warning, written or oral. So I reported them to the...

I dont even know where to start. I do know this: If there isn't a law against what I went through with this company there should be. I have been in a state of depression that I can't even begin to explain. For 6 years I went the extra mile and tried to prove myself to this company that I was more than qualified to do the job at hand. (management). I watched...

I was victimized by the head of HR for RGIS Inventory after I brought forth documented concerns of discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliation for bringing forth a complaint. I have a letter from the Head of HR for RGIS which was based on slander that came out of my District. I gave witnesses to HR to the offenses in my district and HR never...

Valarie, You really need to check your fee page on the money network card. I think you will find that you have been charged for things such as calling customer service, balance inquiries and more! I would go online, if you can, and check your recent transactions. Maybe you had a charge that wasn't yours on there and you could put that into contest with the...
