This redman manufactured home we have is about 26' x 44'. We purchased the existing structure in 2018. Manufactured in 2006. The roof is a 4/12 slope. The interior ceiling is a sloped ceiling with the center or middle of the ceiling being about 18"higher than the side wall. Like a scissors truss. On 4/22/2022 winds of up to 45mph blew the roofing off the modular home we purchased less than one year ago. They refused to come and repair the damaged roof. This area is rated for 110mph. In order to get a building permit the company has to comply with the county guide lines. The fact that this roof has failed less than one year after delivery means the roof was not applied properly according to known winds.
