Phone call with a representative
I called for help with the release of my vehicle on Thursday, August 3rd at 4:16pm Eastern Time and the phone call was disheartening. I’ve never been through this and had no idea how to get information on my release for my vehicle. The representative that I spoke with was very rude, not helpful and she gave me the wrong information. I work in customer service and my staff would never talk to any customer the way she did me. It says calls are recorded and I want someone in management to listen to this call. In which she told me I was wasting my time with her. I’m not one to complain but this type of attitude she not be tolerated while working in the field of helping customers with a question or problem. I surely hope no one has to talk to her on a day that is already very stressful and only looking for help. I’m sorry I thought that was her job when she answered the call. Thank you
