Cancel subscription to paddle.net
HOW do I cancel a subscription I never wanted. I have been billed monthly for the past 1-1.5 years and cannot reach anyone to get this stopped.
We have tried to go through the bot - no resolution. They started charging us over a year ago and want the email address it was done under- no clue what that email address could have been at the time. We have never used this service and never will.
Desired outcome: STOP BILLING ME

As you can see from above, copy of email sent to me about cancelling my subscription.
I checked my bank account, and what do I see an unauthorized payment made on the 16th October 2023.
As I had explained before, I no longer have a Mac...
I would like the amount you took (stole) from my account to be immediately
refunded and the reason it happened in the first place!
Claimed loss: £30.28
Desired outcome: Please refund immediately, with an apology
