I purchase mr sub all the time. Today I ordered 2 12 inch louisana subs from 14 lisa street brampton location and they were terrible. The bread was so soft even after being grilled it fell apart in my hand. I am not sure if the meat was old or not cooked properly but I couldn't finish it as the meat was terrible and I ended up throwing up. I was very...

Mr. Sub Service

February 15, 2014 - I had a family coupon that I received in the mail. The owner (female) was working and she was extremely cheap on the items, gave three slices of cucumber and three pickles for our assorted subs. I asked for the works on one of the subs and she said "All 14?" and then she gave us 2 or 3 pieces of each. The subs were so thin they were unbelievable. It was all I could do but walk out and tell her to keep her subs. My child wanted a vegetarian sub so I asked for it to be an assorted and put the meat and cheese on the side so that we could actually put it on the other subs and she was freaking out saying we couldn't do that. I said if I am paying for it...what was the difference. She made it sound like I was almost stealing. Well lets face it...a veggie sub is an assorted without the meat? Isn't it? She wouldn't do it and then still gave us no toppings.

I was treated extremely rudely and disrespectfully! I was sworn at multiple times and left without my food. I was so upset that I began to cry and left in such a hurry that I forgot my sweater. : ( Never in my life have I been spoken to so terribly. Please contact this location and speak to them. This is unacceptable.

This is a terrible, terrible location. Do yourself a favor and don't bother. I have been a customer at this location before this particularly HORRIFIC visit. I will NEVER, EVER return to this location once I've received my refund. After walking into the location, where there were two other customers having their order made.
