Received a voicemail from [protected] threatening to come to my office between 12pm-5pm today to make me sign some sort of documents. The lady identifies herself as Ryan Adam’s. She did not give a company name or any reference numbers or court case file number. The caller ID said LCS out of ROME, GA. THIS OS HIGHLY ILLEGAL AND I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE PROPER authorities.

LCS has been hounding us for years
LCS has been hounding us for years. Their new tactic is to scare us into thinking that their client is our brand new mortgage company, which is ludicrous. The debt they originally claimed we owed them was a HELOC that was rolled into a new loan 12 years ago and payments were always timely.

This company claims I owe ***+ for a debt that I do not recognize.I have not been contacted before today. The debt they hint at was a previous debt from 2017 , and its 2022 now.My work place has also been called, my credit hard pulled unnecessarily, I have requested my office number is not contacted but it still is and I have voicemails to prove it. This is a bs debt I requested a debt validation, still waiting

One of my family members repeatedly receives call about a debt that I owe. The message is threatening stating LCs will file a claims against and come after my asserts a bank accounts and says they called me and sent me letters and this one final attempt to collect a debt. I dont owe any debts and if I do take me to court so I can prove it. Calling to harass family members of people is against the law. Remove my number and all of my family members from your list. I dont want to receive anymore calls

My girlfriend received a call about one of my family members being pursued for litigation. I called the company to see if there was any information I could use to pass along and *** (*** operator number) refused to provide. After asking several other questions including where the court case was supposedly filed he became argumentative. I informed him that any further calls would be considered harassment. He then called me back and called a jackals, which I recorded since it showed up as a private number and told me to go ahead with my harassment compliant.

I explained to the company that sallie m*** was suppose to take my name off the loan but was playing games and did not do it. I explained to the company that all the credit bureau's took this loan off my credit because it does not belong to me. They told me to send them an email showing that the bureau took my name off and they would take my name off this account and stop harassing me for payment. I sent them everything they wanted then they started playing games too and told me no. I have emails showing they were suppose to remove my name but refused to honor their word.

For the past month I have been getting phone calls from someone claiming to be from LCS
For the past month I have been getting phone calls from someone claiming to be from LCS. The number is always different but shows up as in ***. I don't answer so they leave a voicemail. Each voicemail tells me it is a courtesy call to let me know I have been named in a lawsuit and that paper will be delivered to my home or work. They then say to call *** with any questions. Every single voicemail has the exact same wording. I do not owe an outstanding debt that I am aware of. I have NEVER received any paperwork in the mail from this company. Just getting tired of the endless phone calls!

This company is calling family members, friends, neighbors, high school classmates, church members saying that they are a law firm and trying to get in contact with me about a pending legal matter. When I contacted them, they refused to provide me with any information like their address and only wanted me to provide personal information like my social security number, etc. When I refused I was threatened that they would send sheriff to my home or embarrass me at my place of employment. They threatened that they were going to cease my bank accounts and assets. This is NOT ok. This is harassment of me and people associated to me.

This company called me leaving a voicemail, stating they are seeking to take a judgement against me for my assets and if I refuse to call them back they will proceed with garnishment. I have never received any contact with this company until today nor having a court order. I believe without prior contact they shouldn't be allowed to jump to filing a judgement. I understand this is a 3rd party collection agency who buys debit for pennies then what it is worth. No letter, they didn't even address the message by name nor can they provide information. I will not provide them information they are needing if they supposedly have that in there database.

I keep getting phone calls on my cell phone from phone number . I do not answer as I do not recognize the number. The voicemail that is left states the following: "Your name and social have been attached. This could affect your current employment bank accounts or any registered vehicle in your name. Due to the pandemic here at LCS Financial is here to help you in any way that we can. We're now offering out of court settlement as low as 50% o each account. If you have any questions problems or concernes feel free to contact the office at ". I have never gotten anything in writing from this company and just want the calls to stop.

On June 1st, I had 2 student loans settled with LCS financial which were not reported on my credit report as paid
On June 1st, I had 2 student loans settled with LCS financial which were not reported on my credit report as paid. The loan numbers Client Acct No: *** LCS Acct No: *** and Client Acct No: *** LCS Acct No: *** were bought from *** (client numbers) by LCS ( LCS account number). I have reached out to have the accounts reported on my credit report as paid with no answers from LCS. My credit report is still showing that the accounts are charged off which isnt accurate. I would like for LCS to report the accounts as "settled- paid." I have already reached out to *** who says the account was no longer theirs and they can't report it as settled and paid.

I am trying to remove my deceased mother from LCS Financial Services account
I am trying to remove my deceased mother from LCS Financial Services account. I, her son, am receiving letters threatening legal action against her. I have called these people explaining that she passed away on December 25th, and there was no delinquent account in her name. I offered a Certified Death Certificate as proof, but there is no cooperation from this company. Info from their letter; Client Account Number and LCS Account Number have been noted. Please inform these people that I do not take this lightly. If necessary, I am prepared to take legal action against them. I don't appreciate threats against someone who spent her whole life making sure she 'did the right thing', especially keeping her finances in order. Thank you.

I was contacted today, 3/29/2022 by this company. They are claiming I have a debit they have been trying to collect from a credit card that was closed in 2008. I have never been contacted before today or received any type of documentation regarding this.The woman who I spoke with, ***, was incredibly rude and basically threatening me with litigation. I felt as though she was treating me like a criminal. She proceeded to imitate my voice during our conversation when I was simply asking her questions regarding why I was being contacted. I asked her to understand where I was coming from and my confusion about the matter, *** then said she didn't have to be nice nor did she have to understand anything, then she asked me if I understood how being sued worked. I will be contacting my attorney. This company sounds like it is just trying to intimidate and scam people.

I got a call from LCS stating that I took a loan from a check n go. I did not collect any check n go loan. They also got my spouse's number and have called him over this issue that we know nothing about.

I was contacted by a phone number stating that I need to sign legal documentation for a civil matter with the *** Group. I was given the phone number *** to contact the *** Group in reference to the claim ***. I contacted the *** Group and was advised by someone on the phone (they do not give out names) that I have an outstanding balance and am being sued for a Discover Card that had an unpaid balance. The lady on the other line rudely asked me as to what happened that I felt like I do not need to pay my bills for a 3 year period. I was unaware of what she was talking about. I proceeded to ask for all information regarding the Discover Card and she refused to give me any details pertaining to the Discover Card. She then proceeded to ask if I do not understand the English language and became very defensive after I advised her that I had filed bankruptcy and they should not be contacting me per federal laws. I was hung up on and never given any information regarding the Discover Account. I have attempted to call back and am hung up on each time, never given the requested information or the opportunity to speak with another *** Group representative. I am still requesting the Discover Card information and am wanting a correction made for my credit report immediately.
