JNT Express Parcel not arrived

[protected] is the tracking nimber for the parcel which on-hold for a very long period of time. The delivery had been suspended due to unacceptable causes. There should be no problen to deliver the item. I do hope that this error would be corrected and that there is a proper penalty given to ensure each and every delivery is safe and properly sent. I am very disappointed with this courier. The company seems does not follow exactly their own terms and regulations.

JNT Express Lost item/parcel

Good day! I would like to complain about JNT Express for losing my parcel. I drop off my parcel last Nov. 14, Saturday at JNT Express Rosmel, A. C Cortes Ave, Mandaue, Cebu Branch, and up until now it was not shipped because they lost my item. I already contacted JNT Express and still waiting for an update. I'm hoping that you'll be able to help me contact JNT Express as well regarding this matter. Please see attached photos for the tracking number provided by JNT after the arrangement of shipment and Order ID. Thank you.
