It’s Just Lunch Match Making Service

I signed up for it's just lunch in February 2020. Covid hit in March 2020 and between February and March I receive no services from IJL. Due to safety precautions of the Global pandemic it was IJL discontinued the option to have in person dates which is the service I purchased. When I contacted IJL to say that given the fact I have been unable to use the service for a year and would be unable to use the service for the foreseeable future until there was extensive vaccination, I would like to have a refund. They told me that they were offering a substitute a virtual dating and so therefore I was not eligible for a refund. They also told me that they offered me an extension of the time. I did not purchase virtual dating and I'm not interested in virtual dating. They also said that they would offer to extend my membership. I told him I was not interested in postponing participation in the program by an extended membership. I respect that they are unable to provide the service given the pandemic but I should not be held accountable to pay for a service that I have never received and cannot use in the near future.

Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded the full amount that I paid for services no longer available.
