no payment of cabins built at hungerford park estate
Buyer beware - We were engaged to build the log cabins for George Tzovaras Hungerford Park estate and we have built two thus far out of projected 20. One has been paid for and the second has not been since it was built 3 months ago. He has not returned any correspondence and we have lodged it with the court to claim the debt. Meanwhile the ATO has contacted me in relation into an investigation into George they are carrying out.
The worst part is we had some things we wanted to fix up on the second cabin for the new owners but cant as we don't think we will ever get paid for it. One new owner has contacted us directly to ask why their cabin is taking so long as they have been told from George there is a huge wait period, that is unfortunately a lie as we have the cabins in stock.
If already exchanged I would claim the difference charged for the land and the cabin back and deal direct with us as it will be far cheaper for you and it can be done within weeks.
Definitely proceed with caution and get money upfront.

Hi, I’ve paid a deposit on one of those blocks and have been told by my solicitor that the vendor (George Tzovaras) has not been able to secure finance and the owner of the property may be terminating the sale contract to George Tsovaras. I’m a little concerned now that my deposit is in jeopardy. Do you know who you’ve spoken to in the ATO.
