After my previous experience with Fix my Sauna, I should have been more careful. The last time I tried to repair my unit it failed on me a few months later and I was charged over 300 each time. I thought to myself that there was no way that could happen again. I was wrong. Not only was this 100 more than the last rip off it failed even faster. What a joke. This is the last time I ever go to a place like this. I use my sauna for medical reasons and without it, I am in out of the hospital. It seems to me that people who run scams like this just take advantage of those that can't afford the things we need. A fair price with lasting results was promised. For a person like me..that was what I needed to stay healthy. What I got was 400 out of my bank account and a request for money when it needed to be fixed again just 4 weeks after I got it back. NEVER AGAIN!

I should have known better. Company is less than 2 months old and the owner Bryan Pape is unstable. I contacted Fabulous Sauna Repair because I saw them on google advertising (first mistake). Spoke with Bryan about my Healthmate power box and decided to send it in for a $400 repair. Stupid me! I could have avoided this entire mess and purchased a brand new...
