Exness Exness

⚠️ Don't Use Exness ⚠️

Please don't use this platform for trading. I tried transferring my funds and the money got deducted from the bank account. However, after 4 days the transaction is showing rejected by provider.I approached the team via email and they have been asking for statements and UPI screenshot which I have already shared twice. Whenever I was taking followup with them about my deposit issue they are only saying our payment team working on it, still I am Awaiting...

Escalated ticket - case [protected]

Claimed loss: 12000 INR

Desired outcome: No response yet still I am awaiting response to get my deducted fund.

Exness Forex Trading

Exness is fraud broker in forex market. If you are from India do not trade with them.

They will take your deposit and never credit to your trading account.

They are not replying to emails and chats.

This has happened many times with me. Last time I deposited on 10 Jan 2024.

This amount is still not credited to my trading account.

Amount 5000 INR.

Claimed loss: 5000

Desired outcome: 5000

Exness Loss of funds while exness conducts maintenance and upgrades

I am a Premier Signature client of Exness.

While trading on the Exness platform and my trades were in profit, Exness had connectivity issues which kicked me off the trading platform on both the mobile app and the web trading platform. I could not log back in for hours to close off my trade and which resulted in me incurring huge losses. I have documented proof in terms of screenshots, video clips and screen recordings which I have submitted to the Exness complaints team. They have reviewed the evidence and admit that there were connectivity problems. They claimed to have reviewed my case and awarded me a mere pittance compensation compared to the loss I incurred. I have repeatedly requested to speak to senior management but no contact information is given out by the helpdesk. Why should I have to suffer losses as a client due to a fault on Exness connection/connectivity/maintenance problems. I was not informed of any maintenance or upgrades being performed.

Claimed loss: Estimated 2Million Rand

Desired outcome: All losses be credited back to my account for that time as it was a fault of Exness and not mine.

Exness case [protected]

5th October 2023 I made a deposit into my account and used wrong WT number

10th October deposit rejected, rightfully

11th October requested refund, live agent said 3 working days, and gave me case number [protected]

16th October - no refund yet, supplied bank statements to proof no refund, again I was told 2-3 days for refund

18th October i followed up with live agent regarding refund, cause still no refund, was told again 3 days waiting period

23th October send and email to exness support, this email never replies and there is no live agent available to chat with

I would like to know if my money will be refunded and when, I do not accept a 3 day waiting period anymore, it's been far longer then what was promised and I would like to know why suddenly my live chat with agents is not available anymore, yes I did see maintenance work on it, but guess what 24 hours after supposed being back it's still not back

Desired outcome: Just want my deposit back you are wrongfully refuse to pay out, either refund my bank account or my exness acount
