DHL Great help, with my daughter health

Thanks to DHL, my daughter in Trinidad, is

DHL DHL is the worst agency I had pleasure to do business with

Worst agency i ever used. My first issue was a lost of 4,500. Dollars because my packages got held by DHL customs, and somehow got set back to the shipper by DHL. And now they just lost another package of mine. When I called them all I can say rude is an understatement and somehow it is a joke to them in Arizona DHL. There ratings on this site is a reflection of there service.

DHL It is by far the best private package delivery company

It is by far the best private package delivery company, they are ALWAYS on time, they never lose any packages and never damage any packages either.
They are the only company which ship to places that UPS, Fedex and USPS have NEVER even heard of. Lol

The express service can be pricey when it comes to large items, it is best if you use their ocean freight option (for really large and heavy items)

DHL Superb service

Our small village in Somerset uses a very small printing company in deepest Cornwall, and it always sends our order with DHL - Exeter hub. Info re receipt, dispatch and deliver times are given by email and text, and are accurate to the minute. I have to give the service 5 stars after this week - order placed on Thursday afternoon, job completed and collected by DHL on Friday, and then delivered to West Somerset at 10.30a.m. Today, Saturday!

DHL Fastest Delivery

I would like to share my experience with DHL. I have recently started a business and wanted to see who is the most reliable international carrier. On the same day, I purchased samples from China. One sample was sent through DHL, one through Fed Ex, and the third through UPS.
Within day 1, I got the customs documents for clearance which I settle, on the third day my sample arrived. Absolutely no problems and in excellent condition.
As for FedEx I got that within the week, apparently, the package was misplaced
And UPS I got after about 2 weeks ( I did not follow up with the exact day)

DHL DHL's Delivery Service is Horrible - Save Yourself the Trouble and Use a Different Delivery Service

I recently had an experience with DHL that left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. I had placed an order from Harrods that was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. I was tracking the package consistently and was excited to receive it. However, when the tracking information said that the package had been delivered, I was shocked to see an image that was NOT my door.

I live in a complex with multiple buildings, each with its own address. Each building has the same condo door numbers but in different numbered buildings. So, while DHL did deliver to the right numbered door, they did NOT deliver to the RIGHT address. The door they delivered to looked very different from mine. My door had a different pattern carved in it, different locks, and the door number was in a different location. There was even a ring doorbell on my door that was not present on the door they delivered to.

I immediately sent them a photo of the door they posted as delivered to and my door, explaining the difference. However, I kept receiving cut-and-paste emails about how they were researching it. Each time I replied with the images of the wrong door they delivered to and my door, but I never received a satisfactory response. Finally, they came back with the investigation that they had delivered to the correct address. HOW ODD! Were they BLIND?

So, I decided to investigate myself. There are 197 units in this grouping of different building numbers, so I put on my walking shoes and started searching. Two buildings up from my building at the WRONG ADDRESS, I found the door they had snapped in their original proof of delivery. The occupant did have the package, and from the way they reacted, they were probably going to keep it.

To make matters worse, DHL could not read the instructions I had placed on the original delivery from Harrods. The instructions stated that it was a back building, not a front building. They delivered to a front building at the wrong address and then lied about it.

I would never recommend using DHL. They have a bad reputation for a reason. Their delivery service is horrible, and they cannot even read proper property addresses or delivery instructions. Save yourself the trouble and use a different delivery service.

DHL DHL Poland Lost My Passport and Ruined My Trip: A Terrible Experience with Customer Service

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with DHL. Specifically, the Polish office. I'm honestly thinking about suing them because they lost my passport and I missed my flight, which cost me $2000 in tickets.

So here's what happened. I ordered a "Saturday delivery package" to pick up my passport from the embassy in Warsaw on Friday and have it delivered to Krakow on Saturday. I called customer service twice before the delivery date to make sure everything was good to go and that the courier had all the necessary information. They assured me that everything was fine and that my passport would arrive on time.

But then on Friday, I got an email saying that my passport had been taken from the embassy. Confused, I called customer service again on Saturday morning and they told me that my passport was still at the embassy. Later on, they discovered that the courier had created a new order with standard delivery instead of Saturday delivery, and they didn't even bother to notify me that my order had been cancelled.

So I spent the entire day on Saturday trying to find my passport and calling customer service. I even took a train to Warsaw to try and sort things out. But nobody seemed to be trying to find my passport. When I got to Warsaw, they told me that my parcel was already in Krakow, but they wouldn't give it to me because it wasn't a Saturday package.

Thankfully, I finally got my passport on Monday evening, but I had paid for a Saturday delivery package and they completely forgot about it. They still charged me for it though. And of course, nobody bothered to respond to my complaints.

Honestly, it seems like this company doesn't care about anything. Not about the service they're supposed to provide, not about their customers, and not even about their reputation. I guess it's partly my fault for trusting such an important document to a third-party company, but still. I should have read some reviews before using them. It's just baffling to me how they can have a license and still mess up such a simple job.

DHL DHL's Same Day Delivery Service: A Disappointing Experience

So, I tried to use DHL's same day delivery service a couple of weeks ago. I filled out all the necessary information and paid for the service, and their website showed that the package would be picked up at 10:45 am and delivered by the end of the day. I was shipping sensitive documents for my CFO, so I was very careful in tracking the package. The courier picked up the package within five minutes of the expected pickup time, and the website still showed that it would be delivered by the end of the day.

However, when the package reached Denver, the ETA was updated to the following Monday. It was only Thursday, so I immediately called customer care to find out what was going on. The representative told me that all their packages take three business days to be delivered. I asked why they advertise same day shipping if that's not the case, but I didn't get a clear answer.

I told them that I needed the package returned to me so that I could FedEx it before 5 pm. I made the request between 12 and 12:30 pm. However, by 2 pm, I still hadn't received any alerts about when the package would be returned. I called again and was told that they weren't sure if they could get it to me. I explained how important these documents were and that they needed to be delivered by the latest tomorrow, or they needed to get it to me today. I even offered to send them a FedEx label if the courier could drop off the package at a nearby FedEx store so that they wouldn't have to drive an hour down from Denver. However, they denied the FedEx option and told me that they couldn't do anything.

I finally gave up and told them to send the package along, even though it wouldn't arrive until Monday. This would cause problems, but at least it would get where it needed to go. However, they didn't deliver the package until another day later, even though they had flights going out all weekend. I filed two complaints directly with DHL, but I never received a response.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with DHL's customer service. We paid for same day delivery, but the package ended up being delivered five days later. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend using DHL to anyone.

DHL DHL: Incompetent, Unreliable, and Unprofessional - A Nightmare Experience

I gotta say, I don't understand how DHL is still in business. They're just plain terrible at providing a service. I've never dealt with such incompetence from every single employee. These people are professional time wasters who don't give a damn about you as a customer.

The delivery driver said they tried to deliver twice, but I call BS. They're either lying or too lazy to ring the doorbell, even though I was home with the lights on. My security camera shows nothing during the time they said they were there. No knock, no doorbell, no delivery card. Nothing. The call center promised a third delivery the next day, but of course, the driver didn't show up again. And they didn't even bother to tell me, even though they demanded my phone number.

Trying to get in touch with these idiots has been a nightmare. Their holiday hours are garbage, and it makes me wonder if anyone actually works there. If I worked as little as they do, I'd be homeless.

It's been 18 days, and my package still hasn't been delivered. The tracking says it's been "delayed" for the last 10 days straight, and now there are no updates at all. And to top it off, they sent me a bill for a package that hasn't been delivered and isn't even getting updates anymore. Sorry, DHL, but I'm not paying for nothing. Return the package, and I'll keep my money. I'd rather give it to a respectable business like FedEx, who doesn't have a bunch of liars and mouth breathers making empty promises.

DHL DHL's Fees are Ridiculous: A Frustrating Experience with Online Shopping and Courier Services in Canada

So, I recently bought some stuff online and the seller decided to send it through courier, which was DHL. I didn't even ask for it, but they did it anyway. And let me tell you, DHL charges a lot of money for their services. I had to pay a minimum of $14 plus tax, on top of the taxes and duties I owed Canada Customs. If you live in Canada, you have to keep your purchase under $20 or buy enough to justify paying DHL's fees. They charge 2.5% of the product value or $10, whichever is highest + $4 C. O. D. Fee + taxes. And when I called to ask them why I was paying $28 on a $36 package, they told me to take it up with the government because taxes are so high. But the actual taxes were only $12 and the rest were their ridiculous fees.

I spoke to a DHL person and they said they get lots of upset calls about their fees, but people pay them because they have little choice. It's frustrating because what's the point of buying things online if you have to pay double the original price in the long run? I'm pretty sure I will be stuck with the useless DHL $16 fee for knocking on my door and spending a minute at the customs counter. I know it's a matter of 1 minute because I have done my own brokerage at customs close to the Toronto airport and it literally takes no time. But now I can't do that because I moved to a town 3 hours away from the GTA and I don't drive. Otherwise, I would be there in a heartbeat. It's worth the drive just to make a point if you are close by.

DHL suggested I should refuse the package to avoid the fees and offered no other solution. My experience with FEDEX and UPS is that they are more understanding and will meet you in the middle depending on what you bought. They do have fees per line in the invoice and other stuff, but they understand when their fees are just too high and will at least try and help you out.

Overall, I'm not impressed with DHL's services. Their fees are too high and they don't seem to care about their customers. I would recommend using a different courier if you have the option.

DHL Terrible Experience with DHL: Incompetent Agents, No Resolution, and Unreliable Delivery

DHL is not a good company to deal with. I've talked to more than 10 agents in the past 5 days and none of them can give me a straight answer about my 2 packages. The first package has had duty paid on it, but every agent I talk to says it will be here tomorrow. It's been days and I still don't have my package.

The second package is even worse. Some agents say I haven't paid the duty, even though I have proof that I did. Others say it's on hold for a different reason, but they all assure me it will be delivered the next day. It's been a week of the same response and I still don't have either of my packages.

No one, not even management, can give me a straight answer or solve the issue properly. It was even hard to get on the phone with a team leader or member of management. They refused to put me on and even hung up on me.

After speaking with management, they said they would look into the issue and get back to me with a resolution, but that never happened. I have every voice memo attached to my account if anyone wants to know how DHL treats their "valuable" customers. It's unacceptable in my opinion.

I'm sharing this experience so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. Stay far away from DHL. Agents will say anything to get you off the phone. All they do is take your tracking number and read what it says. Anything else is out of their hands and beyond their control.

If you listen to the calls, you'll hear how many times I was assured my package would be here. After being promised it would be here today, my package is now with a different 3rd party shipping service that says it won't come until "tomorrow" once again.

DHL is a complete waste of time and a scam. They are very far from being international shipping experts in my opinion.

DHL Disappointing Experience with DHL: Lack of Communication and Empathy from Customer Service

I recently had an experience with DHL that left me extremely disappointed. I had ordered a package for my mother's birthday, which was supposed to arrive in time for Mother's Day. I paid extra for express delivery to ensure that the package would arrive on time. However, the package ended up taking over a week to arrive, which was extremely frustrating.

I tracked the package through DHL's website and signed up for text message updates, but the information I received was not helpful. The package was held at a facility on three different occasions, and it was stuck in a "delivery is scheduled for the next movement" phase for days without any further instruction. I tried to contact DHL's customer service, but they were not available on weekends, which was when I needed them the most.

When I finally spoke to someone on Monday morning, I was disappointed by the lack of empathy and clarity. The supervisor I spoke to, Jennifer, was rude and unhelpful. She simply told me that my package would arrive the next day, without providing any explanation for the significant delay. It was frustrating to feel like my concerns were not being taken seriously.

Eventually, I received a call from one of the facilities where my package was being held. The gentleman who called was very nice and explained that the delay was due to a shortage of staff. It was frustrating to learn that this was the reason for the delay, as it seemed like something that DHL's customer service should have been able to explain to me.

Overall, my experience with DHL was a nightmare. I would not recommend using this courier, especially if you need your package to arrive on time. The lack of communication and empathy from customer service was disappointing, and it was frustrating to feel like my concerns were not being taken seriously. I will not be using DHL in the future, and I would advise others to consider alternative courier services.

DHL DHL Review: Terrible Experience with Shipping Company - Not Recommended for Businesses or Customers

DHL, oh boy, where do I even start? Let's just say that my experience with this shipping company was not a pleasant one. For starters, it took them a whopping 3 days to find my townhouse. I mean, come on, I live just a quarter mile off a major highway in the middle of a well-established town. It's not like I'm living in the middle of nowhere! But no, it took them 4 tries to finally locate my humble abode. And when my package finally arrived, it was in terrible condition. It looked like it had been tossed around like a hot potato for 4 straight days. Not exactly what you want to see when you're eagerly awaiting a $240 pair of shoes from England.

So, I decided to return the damaged shoes and get a replacement pair. The seller shipped a new pair to me, but it's been sitting in a DHL facility in Ohio for over a week now. And get this, it's already cleared customs! So, what's the hold-up, DHL? When I finally managed to get through to a live person (which took way too much time, by the way), I was told that DHL is currently receiving a lot of packages from Asia that are causing delays. Great, so I guess my package from England is less important than those from Asia? Or maybe it's just an excuse because my package got lost or damaged or stolen by one of DHL's "hard-working" employees (yeah, right).

Here's the bottom line, folks. If you're a business looking to ship something to your customers, I highly recommend you steer clear of DHL. They clearly don't care about your business or your customers' needs. And if you're a customer considering a purchase from a retailer, do yourself a favor and check who their shipping provider is. If it's DHL, think twice before hitting that "buy" button. Trust me, the headache and frustration just aren't worth it.

I mean, seriously, DHL, do you even care about your customers? Do you care about the businesses that rely on you to deliver their products? It sure doesn't seem like it. It's a shame, really. It took Germany about 80 years to shake off its reputation for being thorough, and now DHL is doing its best to bring it back. Do us all a favor and fold like the Third Reich, DHL.

DHL DHL's Disappointing Policy: A Review of My Experience Sending Medicine to Brazil

So, let me tell you about my experience with DHL. I had to send some medicine to my friend's daughter in Brazil, who suffers from a severe allergic reaction. I chose DHL because it was easier, faster, and cheaper to get the job done from Canada. The package was worth CAD$ 408.87, and I tracked it during the whole process.

To my surprise, the package arrived empty. DHL in Brazil went on an investigation, but they couldn't find anything. It took them nine more days to inform my friend in Brazil that they couldn't find anything there. They notified DHL Canada, and I received an e-mail asking me to file a claim for formalities, which I did immediately.

I was hoping for a fast, sincere apology and a fair refund to buy the medicine and send it again. But that's not what happened. I received a call from a DHL attendant who calmly told me that I would be refunded only CAD$ 3 and some cents calculated based on the weight of the package because I didn't choose to check the insurance option.

I was shocked. I couldn't believe that such a big and renowned company would have such an awful policy. I felt like it was a lame prank. I was disappointed and sad that this simple task of sending a package with important medicine was not accomplished.

I will never use DHL again, and I will do my best to discourage people from doing so. I'm going to write this bad review in all media I have access to, including my website http://shareisthekey.com where I have numerous followers.

DHL DHL's Terrible Service: Lost Parcels and No Help in Sight

I had a really bad experience with DHL. I sent some parcels from Groningen to Bratislava, where I was moving, and I was waiting for them to be delivered to my brother's address. However, the delivery guy couldn't find my address, even though it's on Google Maps. He didn't even bother to contact me to let me know that he couldn't find it. As a result, my parcels were sent back to Groningen.

I contacted DHL's customer service through live chat, and they told me to wait until my parcels were sent to the service center from the service point. However, when I contacted them again, they told me that they couldn't find my parcels. I've been waiting for more than three months now, and I still haven't received them.

I need my parcels urgently because they contain medicines that I need for my health. However, DHL doesn't seem to care about my situation. They told me to wait for another 1.5 months, and they don't even know where my parcels are right now. The last update on my account was a month ago, and the customer service representative couldn't even tell me where my parcels were.

I'm really frustrated because no one seems to want to solve my problem. I can't even reach the people who can help me. DHL told me that if the people who receive my parcels refuse them, I can ask my friend to come to the service point to collect them. But what if they accept them? Random people will just collect my personal stuff?

This is the worst delivery service that I've ever used, and if my problem isn't solved soon, I'll never use their services again. I'll also make sure that none of my friends use DHL. It's ridiculous that my parcels are lost, can't be delivered to the right address, and I have to wait for months to receive them. I can't even change my delivery address or provide any other information to help them find my parcels. The biggest shock is that no one seems to care about such issues, and I just have to wait.
