My husband was laid off in July 2009, we took COBRA and qualified for the Government Stimulus to assist with our COBRA payments. We paid the exact amount that we were billed initially and our COBRA was in force. Then Ceridian did some kind of "billing adjustment" that caused us to owe an additional .03 cents. Ceridian Cobra Claims & Customer Service

I have never in my life worked with such an unprofessional company that has no clue what they are doing... It is very stressful and frustrating when no one follows their word and takes care of the issues that you are going through. After switching jobs for one company to the next, I decided to participate in my option to continue my dental coverage while my transition to the new job was final, during that time that we agreed to be on Cobra coverage by Ceridian, we went to the dentist and did some X-Ray and exams. the bill was $238 and Ceridian Cobra was suppose to take care of the bill since it was a routine check up, and it was within our covered time. It has been Six Months and they still did not take care of their obligations. Everytime we call there, we wait on the phone forever and when someone answers, they have no clue what is going on or how to resolve the issue. On top of their terrible customer service and their inability to fullfill their obligations and pay their cliams, they have the courage to actually send me a bill for time that I was not even on Cobra with them. I have e-mail and spoke to their supervisors multiple times and still till today they have not taken care of the dentist's bill, and I am still receiving bills...

How do you expect Ceridian to pay for your "bill" when they are not even an insurance company. They are a third party administrator. Your carrier pays claims.
