Captain Cooks Casino Payment not received

I won 1300 at Captain Cooks Casino with my loyalty points money and played the play through till I was able to make the withdraw, after making the withdraw they said it would take up to 48 hours. Five days went by and still no payment received so I messaged the online representative on Live Chat and asked about my payment and they totally make up the most completely absurd story that makes no sense. They try to tell me that I owe them 3,200 dollars for deposits I made, I told them that is Impossible because my deposit history only shows three deposits of 5 cents each and If I made deposits how would I bring owing them 3,200 dollars? How does 15 cents add up to 3,200 dollars? I told them if this is a true story to show me some paperwork right away because what they are saying is not true and we both know it, th3n they just give me a random email and tell me to send a email, I said no that I was not going to do that because this is the sixth time that I won big money at a casino and they just made something up that was not true so they did not have to pay me and I send these emails and nobody ever responds to them, I asked to please talk to a manager or a supervisor, they told me that wasn’t possible and then tell me again to just send a email this time the email is different from the other one they gave me and then they pretty much blocked me from being able to message them anymore, they were very rude to me, I was very polite and calm. Ho2 are these Casinos getting away with this, what can I do besides posting about it on every media channel I can think of? Below are the pictures of my winnings and the three 5 cent deposits.

Captain Cooks Casino Locking my account after I won a substantial amount of money

The other day, I was playing at this casino, and I ended up winning 8000 in total. This last Sunday I contacted the live chat to verify their withdraw procedures. These people congratulated me on my big win, answered my questions regarding withdraws and we need the chat.. I then tried to log into my casino account to gamble some more whenever I realized it was locked. So back to chat I go and was directed to email risk manager. So I do and ask them what's going on, they accused me of opening multiple accounts.. which I 100% know that I did not do. They sent me a couple emails one was regarding a 2500 withdraw but in the end all they sent me out of the 8000 is 100 bucks.. This is pretty scammy and seems more then a little fishy. Please help!

Desired outcome: I would like my withdraw in the amount of 8000 dollars.

I have been playing captain cook cansion for a few years now I have won some money this is the first time they are not getting back to me my deal is I have 3 different account should not matter they have locked me out my frist account is renedenney@iclouid.com or renedenney2022@gmail.com last one renedenney@gmail.com please I would like my money I paid and played to win my money and I would like it I have had a few problems with my well being so please help me my number [protected]

Captain Cooks Casino Online gambling

I have been gambling with this casino for awhile now, and the other day I won $8000. Today I contacted their live chat to double check their withdraw policy and was told 4000 every Friday until I was paid out. This was ok, I said thank you and we ended our chat. I went to log back in to my account to gamble more and found it was locked.. so back to the chat I went and was directed to email their risk management which I did. I recieved an email telling me all of my winnings were confiscated Because their stystem found multiple accounts. Which is untrue, I do not have multiple accounts. I then recieved another email approving my withdrawal request for $2500. I did not request this. Every email I have sent to them since had been ignored. I feel like they are scamming and do not want to pay out what I won..

Desired outcome: I would love to get my winnings $8000 total

Captain Cooks Casino Withdrawal

I made a withdrawal for 600 dollars Canadian. They sent me an email saying it was being processed. Now I get another email saying I have to many accounts and they are forfeiting my winnings. I use the same email and password every time I log on. So how is it my fault they create new accounts. This is not fair and I will take it to a lawyer if they do not get back to me with a resolution. Also I'm locked out of my account now as well.
