I hired Rennick, Young, Cohen, and Associates on 7/22/2010 to handle my loan modification. I sent them my payment authorization for $1, 650 to start the loan modification. They sent me back the paperwork for which I had to fill out and get back to them to work on my case. On 7/24/2010, I was contacted by my mortage company and informed that the loan modification I had already started on my own was going through. I immediately notified RYC, through Erica Thomas, that I would no longer be needing RYC's services after all because my loan modification was alreday approved. RYC has a "No Questions Asked" Money Back Guarantee, so I expected they would be sending my refund of the full amount back to me as soon as possible. It is now been a month and I still have not received my refund. I called and left messages for people at RYC all month long and no one returns a call. It is very difficult to reach anyone. The few responses I received by email said I would receive my refund in just days, but those days came and went and still nothing. Based on these dealings with RYC, I am wondering if the company is a scam. I am certainly not pleased with their customer service and no one seems to take my calling and emailing seriously. I would not recommend RYC to anyone and suggest anyone thinking about this company to handle their loan modification to look elsewhere. I never really became a client, but I am very glad now that I never was.

They recently scammed me. Demanding a full refund in as much I ended up having to do the work myself. They have til September 20th to give me my money or I start contacting all the authorities, including the FBI. I already had a modification and they told me to stop making payments so they could get me a better deal. They almost caused me to lose my home and I have a worse deal than the one I had before. I had to do my own modification.

They are now doing business in Jacksonville, Fl under Redstone Law Group and Surety Law Group is negotiating the initial solicitation for services. Be AWARE

Yes these people are scam artist I have hired them and in 8 months they have dont absolutely nothing for me. My mortgage company advised me that I never had an loan for modification filed with them after about 9 months. I requested a refund from RYC and that is when they completely stopped responding to me by email. I in the end wound up doing my own modification and getting approved within 3 months. I do not recommend RYC to anyone. I am still trying to get my money back.
